I liked it very much, but there seem to be a few bugs where you'd be spotted even though you're not near the guards or in range of their flashlights. Still, a good game!
It's more of a puzzle game than SimCity, but I like it!
For those who want help, here are two hints:
1. Start with your Explorers, then your Surveyors. (Or vice-versa.)
2. If more than one thing levels up when you build something, then you're doing it right.
HOT! So FUCKING (no pun intended) HOT!
And to those who are wondering, YES, the game does end after four or five levels. The trick is to keep moving at a fast clip. You're more likely to dodge the hellspawn if you move quickly.

I like it!
